Don't be confused if you can't find this place, it's in the back of The Smoke Shop. But it's definitely worth your time. It's a new clinic, but when I was there they had just received a shipment of edibles that I am beyond excited to try. There was hot sauces, bbq sauces, and soda's, and that was just of the new stuff.

They definitely had some choice strains, I ended up with the Windex OG since so many people had commented about it on weedmaps. It's definitely unique. Had a very solid high. 

Definitely a place I'd check out if your in the Winnetka area.

The Root Cellar, Sherman Oaks

Did anyone get to see Roger Water's The Wall concert this weekend? Pretty awesome. 

While I was in LA, I decided to visit some friends, and locations. The first place I found myself was in Sherman Oaks, The Root Cellar. 

It's located right off of Ventura Blvd, in downtown Sherman Oaks, really nice area. 

The Root Cellar had the same class that this area holds. It's location was easy and though I had to walk to the back, I really enjoyed the feel of this place. Plus, their strains are very impressive. They have new patient discounts, and with each purchase you receive a free joint. They also carry the Bhang Edible Chocolate bars, which were pretty impressive as well.

Let's just say, I'm very impressed and definitely recommend checking this place out!

Natural Alternative, Tarzana, CA

While I was up in LA today, I wound up at a new clinic, barely 2 weeks old. 

The strains at Natural Alternative were definitely choice with pretty good prices. 

After a rather difficult decision, I ended up with the Jedi OG. 

It's a indica dominant hybrid and I am definitely pleased with my choice. Plus, being a first time patient, I got 5 grams!

I definitely recommend checking them out and help them get off their business off!

Hiatus

Hi Everyone!! I'd like to apologize on my hiatus. I've been incredibly busy with family stuff, looking for a new apartment, picking up other side jobs to help out my money situation, getting back into school, and family. Valley View Medical Center, La Mirada

This weekend I found myself a little north from home base in the city of La Mirada, and boy, was I delighted!

The set up is very zen, inviting, and spacious. You can tell a lot of thought went into the visual. But why take my word, see for yourself! 

And this is only the check in area. I apologize for not being able to hook up another photos, trust me, it's nice. :-)

They have Happy Hour Tuesday-Thursday 2:20-4:20 where you get to spin the prize wheel to get a goodie! They also give you your regular essential smokers package for your first time visit which includes a pipe, grinder, and a lighter. The only difference though with this place, is that the pipes are really, really nice!!

Also, the flower here is beautiful. I actually had to pick up 2 more 1 grams of 2 different strains, just because I couldn't walk away without trying. Those posts will come later. My eighth was the indica XXX. 

It is beautiful, tasty, and has such a sweet aroma. 

This is definitely a place you need to check out!

I wanted to give some honorable mention to the strain I picked up from Rite Greens

The cool part about this Baby Louis, is that it's actually from the King Louis strain, just not the "choice" nugs. What a deal! Getting a top shelf strain for middle shelf prices!!


This is definitely one of those heavy indicas. Complete relaxation is the best description I can give about this.


I had the most FANTASTIC nap today thanks to this smooth smoke. And it lasts throughout the night. I have definitely noticed my sleep improve since I picked up. It was a wonderful choice.
